Gail Lehrmann
Gail is a native Texan having attended North Texas State University in Denton, TX and graduate school at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL for a Master’s degree in Education. Her career has spanned public school teaching and coaching, intercollegiate coaching, and 30+ years in not-for-profit program, fundraising, and executive positions. She is currently retired but spends many hours each week volunteering for her favorite organizations: the Rotary Club of Denver Southeast, Rotary District 5450, and Joy Lutheran Church in Parker.
Gail serves on Rotary District 5450’s 4-Way Test Committee and the District Resource Committee that is responsible for promoting the 6 Areas of Focus developed by Rotary International. She is responsible for the Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution focus area. Today she is with us to talk about the new Peaceful Schools Program that has evolved from the 5 Areas of Focus Areas.
